Why is our music free?

We figure not many people pay for music these days anyway. You can listen online, get most songs legally for next to nothing, and illegally for nothing (not that you would do that mind you). Plus, we do this because we enjoy it, not to make money. Ok, we are not offended by money LOL!! But, in a sea of music out there you have lots of choices. We would rather have you as part of the Marauder family than lose you as a listener over some click and pay stuff.

We do ask this. If you download some tracks, and you do enjoy listening, please send us a message letting us know we would love to hear from you. Also, we will add you to our mailing list so you can be updated as new tracks and events happen. Don’t worry we don’t sell or give away email addresses, and we won’t spam you.

We also would ask that you make a small donation to your favorite charity for the few bucks you would have spent on the tracks. That way everyone wins.

If you really like what you hear then we will be releasing a CD in the future. Buying that CD helps us pay for gear, strings, and general operating expenses, and makes us very happy as well :). Plus, we will be donating a portion of that to charity also.
